Bakehouse Delights is seeking highly a skilled Pastry Chef with experience to join our team.n
nKey responsibilities:n
n-Baking and preparing rolls ,muffins ,cookies ,pies, cakes ,croissants ,Danish pastry, scones ,barsn
n,Quiche, Tarts ,Tartlets and other baked items.n
n-Reviewing the production schedules to determine the variety and quantity of goods to be baked,n
nchecking and assembling of raw materials and equipments needed for daily baking activities.n
n-Weighing, kneading, maturing, cutting, mounding, mixing, placing, proofing and shaping then
ndough and preparing the fillings for the pastry.n
n- Forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of the batches of the baked itemsn
nlike rolls, muffins and other items.n
n- Icing, frosting, creaming, spreading, sprinkling, glazing and decorating the baked items.n
n- Determining and monitoring the baking time for the items, oven temperatures and theirn
nappearance.n
n- Using, emptying,



cleaning and greasing the baking trays, tins and other cooking equipments andn
noperating machines.n
n- Ensuring the cleanliness of the cooking equipment's and area and following the occupationaln
nhealth and safety regulations.n
n-Examining and reporting any problems and needs of the equipment's, food supplies and anyn
nother unusual conditions.n
n
nTo succeed in this role, you will have:n
nExtensive experience in the industryn
nRelevant trade qualificationn
nGood knowledge in all aspects of Food Hygiene and WHSn
nAbility to work rapid paced and under pressure to meet production demandsn
nA Flexible, adaptable and hands-on approach, willing to work as part of a teamn
nExperience 3 years or moren
nJob Type: Full-timen
nPay: $77,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year(plus superannuation)
