This role is ideal for a technically strong accountant looking to take the next step in their career, working closely with Managers and Partners on a varied client portfolio across multiple industries with a focus on personal growth and development.

Main Duties

- Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS/IAS for a range of clients including companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
- Manage a portfolio of clients directly, building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Provide business advisory services




- Review the work of junior staff and provide mentoring/on-the-job training
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timeframes and budgets

About You

- CA/CPA qualified (or actively working towards completion)
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a public practice/business services environment
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax law, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
- Experience with cloud accounting software (Xero/MYOB)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Genuine interest in mentoring and developing junior team members
