We are looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Service Assistant to join our team, with a strong focus on Tiles & Bathrooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers, builders and tilers with tile and bathroom selections
- Sell tiles, vanities, toilets, tapware, showers and bathroom products
- Provide qualified product advice and customer service
- Prepare quotes, follow up enquiries and process orders
- Maintain showroom displays and assist with stock when required
What We're Looking For
- Experience in tiles, bathrooms or building supplies is highly preferred
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Confident dealing with retail customers, builders and tilers
- Able to recommend products and convert enquiries into sales
- Previous tile or bathroom showroom experience will be highly regarded.
