You will have some 2-4years of Defendant personal injury litigation experience.

About the role

Is a rare one where you will be able to combine personal injury and employment law.

Duties

You will have experience in handling workplace claims including personal injury, discipline, bullying, slip and fall cases, employment disputes and discrimination. You will provide advice on liability, quantum, subrogation, remedies and damages. Knowledge of occupier and public liability claims and negligence claims is important, as is experience in commercial disputes including confidentiality and privacy issues.

Acting for charities and not-for-profits in an environment where the values of commitment, accountability, excellence, service and collaboration are key.
