Job Summary n

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead to lead and support DevOps automation, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Ansible, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes , along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and drive automation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines .
n
- Develop and manage automation solutions using Ansible .
n
- Design, configure, and optimize Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
n
- Build and maintain CI/CD workflows using Azure Pipelines and Azure DevOps .
n
- Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and version control using Git .
n
- Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker .
n
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications and workloads on Kubernetes environments.
n
- Automate infrastructure and application deployment processes to improve reliability and efficiency.
n
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth application delivery.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes, automation, scalability, and system reliability.
n




- Troubleshoot CI/CD, deployment, containerization, and infrastructure-related issues.
n
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to DevOps team members.
n
- Follow security, compliance, and organizational standards, particularly in environments requiring security clearance.
n

Candidate Profile nn
- Robust hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native technologies .
n
- Proven experience working with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
n
- Strong scripting and automation mindset.
n
- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues.
n
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Experience in a technical leadership / DevOps Lead capacity.
n
- Comfortable working 5 days from office .
n
- Active security clearance is mandatory.
n
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 1 week will be preferred.
