Key Responsibilities:
n

- Build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders
n
- Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews
n
- Organise candidate travel arrangements and logistics
n
- Welcome candidates onsite and ensure a seamless interview experience
n
- Manage interview feedback and distribute information to relevant stakeholders
n
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
n
- Respond to candidate and internal recruitment enquiries
n
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes
n
- Support university recruitment initiatives, networking events, and internship programs
n
- Assist with reporting, market research, university engagement, and special recruitment projects
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
n
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
n
- The ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment
n
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
n
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion
n
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
n
- Flexibility to support occasional after-hours recruitment events and limited local travel
n
n
