Manage end-to-end building projects, including pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-construction.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Deliver projects in line with scope, time, cost, quality, and cash-flow requirements.
- Oversee contract administration across traditional and non-traditional contract systems.
- Engage with clients daily to ensure expectations are met and outcomes achieved.
What you need
- Proven experience managing building or construction projects end-to-end.
- Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a deadline-driven environment.
