Bayswater Mazda, a leading automotive dealership, is seeking an exceptional New Vehicle Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsiblefor the overall management of the department, ensuring that the operations are both efficient and profitable, and to ensure that excellent employee/client relations are maintained whilst operating within ethical guidelines.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed new vehicle sales targets

Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management to ensure they are equipped to deliver outstanding results

Foster a positive, customer-centric sales culture and ensure all team members provide exceptional service to every customer

Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make informed, data-driven decisions

Collaborate with other departments, such as aftercare, service and finance, to optimise the sales process and customer journey

Represent the dealership at industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders

Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations and the dealership's policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in vehicle sales management as a new/used car manager or an assistant manager within the automotive industry





Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making

Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to create a positive, customer-centric sales culture

Thorough understanding of automotive sales processes, pricing, and industry regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and stakeholders
