In this role, you'll:

- Manage, deploy, and support packaged software solutions, ensuring system stability, effective issue resolution, and seamless integration with enterprise platforms and business systems.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.
- Drive solution lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, testing, release management, deployment, and ongoing optimisation.
- Monitor application performance, resolve production issues, and perform root-cause analysis to improve system reliability and user experience.
- Contribute to platform modernisation initiatives, including the migration of legacy applications to cloud-enabled environments.
- Participate in a shared on-call support roster, providing critical application support to maintain service availability and operational excellence.
- The team also comes together in person for activities such as branch all-in days (Location Burwood Office), training sessions,



planning workshops and collaborative work.

- Demonstrated experience supporting and deploying enterprise applications, including packaged solutions in Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of application integrations, APIs, scripting, automation, and database technologies such as Oracle or SQL Server.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and working with vendors to deliver successful outcomes.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capability, with experience troubleshooting complex application and integration issues.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience working within Agile, DevOps, and ITIL environments, collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver technology outcomes.
