Harris Farm is building its next generation of Store Managers, and we're searching across NSW for people with genuine leadership instincts, wherever you're working now. This is a structured, 12–24 month program where you'll work alongside an experienced Store Manager, take on real responsibility from day one, and build toward running your own store.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Support the Store Manager across all daily operations, taking on progressively bigger sections as you develop
n
- Learn and assist with compliance, scheduling, and admin, then own it
n
- Deputise for the Store Manager when they're off the floor, with increasing scope over time
n
- Support team development, recruitment, and day-to-day people leadership, observing, then coaching
n
- Participate in performance management and feedback conversations
n
- Learn how the numbers work, sales, margin, wages, KPIs and support commercial decisions
n
- Learn and apply food safety,



workplace safety, and compliance procedures end-to-end

What’ You’ll Bring

n

We're looking for someone who loves food and genuinely wants to lead in fresh food retail. Additionally, we're looking for someone with:

n

n
- 2+ years' retail or hospitality management, or equivalent supervisory experience
n
- A track record of driving results and leading a team
n
- Comfort with data, you can read a P&L; and explain what's driving performance
n
- People leadership skills, you can coach, motivate, and hold people accountable
n
- Commercial thinking, you understand market, competition, and customer needs
n
- Genuine hunger to step up, and the humility to learn the Harris Farm way
