Cater Care is seeking a Workplace Relations Advisor to support our Brisbane or Sydney based operations in a permanent part time capacity. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and a diverse ER/IR remit, approximately 28 hours per week.
You will report to the Group Workplace Relations Manager and provide practical guidance on performance, disciplinary matters and grievances while ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Act and related instruments.
