We're looking for an experienced National Key Account Manager to join our team in Heathwood and lead some of our most significant national customer relationships.
n
This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll influence strategy, drive commercial outcomes, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sustainable business growth.
Job Description n
As National Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic national accounts while leading and supporting a team of Key Account and Business Development Managers.

Key responsibilities include:
n

- Developing and executing national account strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
n
- Building solid relationships with senior customer stakeholders and decision-makers
n
- Leading contract, tender and pricing negotiations
n
- Identifying opportunities to increase profitability and customer value
n
- Monitoring account performance and leveraging insights to drive improved outcomes
n
- Collaborating across sales, marketing, operations and supply chain teams
n
- Driving consistent execution across the branch and sales network
n
- Coaching, mentoring and developing a team of account management professionals
n
- Influencing internal stakeholders to deliver on customer commitments and strategic objectives
n
Qualifications n
ou are a commercially minded sales leader who thrives on building long-term partnerships, leading teams, and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
n
To be successful, you'll bring:
n
n
- 5+ years' experience in Key Account Management, Business Development or Sales Leadership
n
- Proven success managing large national accounts and complex sales cycles
n
- Strong leadership capability with experience developing high-performing teams
n
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of profitability, margins and P&L; drivers
n
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
n
- A collaborative approach and the ability to influence across multiple business functions
n
- Experience within the automotive, transport or commercial vehicle aftermarket sector is advantageous, but not essential
n
