Private Blends is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Casual Retail Team Members to join our Melbourne stores for the upcoming holiday trading period.

With our Melbourne presence continuing to grow, we're looking for people who can support our retail teams through one of the busiest times of the year.

You’ll work alongside our existing team, helping customers discover our fragrance range and ensuring every person who walks into our stores receives the warm and personalised experience we want Private Blends to be known for.

The Role

You’ll be hands-on across all areas of the store, including:

- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, personalised service
- Helping customers discover and select fragrances and gifts
- Supporting the team to achieve daily sales targets
- Processing sales and assisting with general retail operations
- Replenishing stock and maintaining store presentation
- Maintaining the premium presentation and standards of the Private Blends brand

About You

We’re looking for people who:

- Are confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with customers
- Have a genuine interest in retail, fragrance, beauty and customer service
- Enjoy working as part of a team




- Can work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Are reliable, well-presented and have a positive attitude
- Are available across the holiday trading period, including weekends, late-night trading and public holidays as required

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but we’re also happy to hear from people with the right attitude who are keen to learn.
