Morris Group is seeking a Group CRM Enablement Manager to establish a scalable CRM foundation across its portfolio, starting with Morris Escapes. The role focuses on cleaning data, improving segmentation, and delivering targeted journeys to drive enquiries, bookings and revenue from Melbourne-based teams.
You will audit current CRM practices, set up governance, and enable teams to plan, build, deploy and report on campaigns and journeys, with a view to extending the framework across the group.
