Facility Manager – Residential Aged Care

Collar Care is seeking an experienced and passionate Residential Service Manager to join a well-established residential aged care organisation in Canberra, ACT.

The Opportunity

Position: Residential Service Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $165,000 + super, based on experience

Preferred Start Date: Prior to November 2026

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years' experience as a Residential Service Manager within residential aged care

About the Role

As the Residential Service Manager, you will provide strong leadership across the residential aged care service, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance and positive outcomes for residents.





You will be responsible for leading and supporting staff, overseeing clinical and operational performance, and fostering a positive and person‑centred culture within the service.

About You

We are looking for a confident and experienced aged care leader who has:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a Residential Service Manager or similar senior leadership position

Strong knowledge of residential aged care operations and clinical governance

Proven ability to lead, mentor and support multidisciplinary teams

Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong organisational, problem‑solving and leadership capabilities

Candidates must have the appropriate Australian working rights.
