We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Partner to join our Primary Care business, providing strategic financial leadership and partnering with senior leaders to drive performance, growth and better health outcomes.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with executive stakeholders, influence key business decisions and help deliver the financial strategy of a growing healthcare portfolio. Based in Melbourne, the role will require travel to Adelaide once or twice a month.

What you'll be doing

As the trusted finance partner to senior leaders across Primary Care, you will:

- Provide commercial insight and strategic financial advice to support business performance and decision-making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, corporate planning and P&L; management activities
- Develop business cases, financial models and investment analysis for new initiatives and growth opportunities
- Identify financial risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
- Deliver meaningful reporting and performance insights to executive stakeholders
- Partner across Finance and the broader business to improve financial outcomes and support strategic priorities
- Present recommendations and influence decision-making at senior leadership level

About you

You'll bring strong commercial acumen, an ability to influence senior stakeholders and a passion for partnering with the business to create value.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Significant experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance or strategic financial planning
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capabilities




- Experience developing business cases and presenting recommendations to senior leaders
- A proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes across complex stakeholder groups
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Experience within healthcare, health insurance or a similarly complex industry is highly regarded
