Morayfield Tavern, part of Australian Venue Co., is seeking a Full time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team in Caboolture South. You will work closely with Head Chefs to deliver quality pub classics, grill favourites and smoked BBQ across lunch and dinner.
As a Chef de Partie you’ll oversee a section, prepare dishes to venue standards and train junior staff. You’ll uphold food safety and hygiene, manage stock, and help maintain a clean, efficient kitchen during service.
