Who we’re looking for?

- Experience in lease administrationwithin a retail property environment, with the ability to manage the end-to-endpre lease process independently

- Solid understanding of retailleasing, commercial agreements and legal documentation

- Exceptional attention to detailwith a focus on accuracy and compliance

- Confident communicator who can build effectiverelationships with leasing teams, legal stakeholders, centre management,tenants and external solicitors

- Proficient in Microsoft Office andlease management systems such as MRI, Vault, Vision or similar platforms

The Role

Support leasing transactions across a national industrial property portfolio.You'll manage lease documentation from offer through to execution, ensuringeverything is accurate, compliant, and completed on time. Working closely withLeasing, Legal, and Asset Management teams, you'll help keep deals moving whilemaintaining accurate lease records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate lease records,critical dates and document management within our internal system

- Work closely with Leasing, AssetManagement, Legal and Finance teams to ensure commercial terms are correctlydocumented





- Liaise with tenants, solicitorsand leasing agents to keep transactions progressing smoothly and on schedule

- Review commercial terms includingrent, incentives, guarantees and licence fees, identifying and escalating anydiscrepancies

- Ensure all lease documentation isaccurate, compliant and audit-ready

- Prepare complete handover packsand final documentation once leasing transactions are completed
