Associate Sales Agents | Bulimba & New Farm

I’m partnering with a leading multi-office real estate agency to recruit two ambitious Associate Agents—one based in Bulimba and the other in New Farm.

Recognised as the number one agency in its network,this business is known for high standards, excellent leadership and developing talented people into successful real estate professionals.

Each position will work closely with an established, high-performing sales agent. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across the complete sales process, from prospecting and buyer management through to campaign administration.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be watching from the sidelines. You’ll be involved in the day‑to‑day running of the agent’s business, supported by an experienced team and given greater responsibility as your skills and confidence grow.

The role

- Prospecting and identifying current business opportunities
- Following up leads and nurturing the database
- Managing buyer enquiries, inspections and open homes
- Building relationships with buyers and prospective sellers
- Communicating with buyers and vendors throughout campaigns
- Assisting with campaign administration,



documentation and CRM management
- Learning the complete sales process, from listing through to contract and settlement

About you

To be considered, you will need:

- A minimum of six months’ experience in residential real estate
- A current Queensland real estate registration certificate
- A genuine ambition to build a successful career in sales
- Confidence building relationships and having conversations
- A willingness to prospect and follow up consistently
- A coachable, resilient and proactive approach
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through

You may currently be working as a Sales Associate, Buyers Associate or in another residential real estate position and be ready to take the next step with a stronger team and greater development opportunities.

As your confidence and capability grow, you’ll take on greater responsibility across buyers, vendors, prospecting, negotiation, listing and selling.

You’ll be supported by the training, systems and resources of a leading multi-office agency committed to developing its people.

Opportunities are available in Bulimba and New Farm.
