Our client is looking to step back and reclaim time together as a family. This well run, established 5000 ha, broadacre farming operation as been with the owners for 41 years, has water for 1400 ha of cotton and the remainder dryland.

This is a genuine chance to run your own operation. The owner will not be on farm and will trust you to run the operation as if it was your own. There is an experienced, established team of 4 and the equipment is in excellent condition.

To be Considered

First and foremost you must be an experienced broad acre farmer or have farming experience that would credibly allow you to run such an operation. Working with the owners to set the strategy and plan for the current season and capital works for the future seasons. Your role will be to execute the plan. You will have

- Deep crop management skills,



planting irrigating pest and disease management and harvesting.
- Staff management - involving stakeholders, planning, assigning tasks, reviewing recognising and rewarding
- Machinery and Maintenance - overseeing the proactive maintenance plan, and correct use of equipment.
- Water management, safety management and farming data.

Your ability to communicate with the owners, execute flawlessly and be respected by the team will set you apart.
