Remuneration: $73,915.12 - $76,218.80 per annum+ 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Are You the Right Fit?
The Right Candidate Will Have:

- Proven administration or secretarial experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills,



confidently building relationships with clinicians, patients, specialists, and the wider healthcare team.
- Strong attention to detail and technical proficiency, including experience with data entry, report preparation, Microsoft Office applications, and maintaining accurate records.
- A collaborative and professional approach, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while providing compassionate support to patients and their families.

- Describe your previous experience providing administrative or secretarial support in a healthcare, hospital, or specialist medical setting. Please include examples of managing correspondence, patient bookings, data entry, billing, or medical records, and the systems you have used
