In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting enquiries, transactions, bookings, shop sales, golf functions and general golf course operations.
Key responsibilities
- You will help deliver a welcoming and high-quality customer experience in line with Council’s values and the Sefton Golf Customer Service Charter.
What you need
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the golf industry, including rules, handicap system, equipment and golfing accessories.
