The Marketing Specialist will work closely with management, executives, clients and sales teams to develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies that support sales objectives, build brand awareness and reach target markets in Australia and overseas. The role combines marketing strategy, advertising campaign management, market research, digital marketing, content creation, data analysis and business development, with a particular focus on Chinese-speaking audiences.

Key responsibilities

Plan, develop and organise marketing and advertising policies and campaigns to support sales and business objectives.

Develop marketing objectives, policies and programs that support business growth and development.

Advise management, executives and clients on advertising strategies to reach target markets, create consumer awareness and effectively promote properties and services.

Advise on marketing elements including product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, selling and distribution channels.

Coordinate advertising campaigns involving artwork, copywriting, photography, videography, media scripting, digital production and media placement, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes and budgets.

Commission and undertake market research to identify opportunities for new and existing property products and services.

Research market demand, consumer behaviour, competitor activity and market characteristics within Australian and Chinese-speaking property markets.

Collect and analyse market, customer and statistical data to support marketing and business decisions.

Create, schedule and publish marketing content across WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), Facebook, Instagram, websites and other relevant platforms.

Coordinate property launches,



promotional campaigns, seminars, exhibitions and client events.

About you

Fluent Mandarin with excellent verbal communication skills.

Excellent written Business Chinese skills.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Previous experience in marketing, advertising or a related field, preferably in real estate, property, finance, luxury, professional services or a related industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and Chinese-speaking audiences.

Strong copywriting, communication and content development skills.

Understanding of market research, marketing analytics and statistical data.

Excellent organisational and project management skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and common digital marketing tools.
