What you will do? n

- Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
n
- Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation
n
- Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
n
- Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
n
- Conduct temperature and quality checks and effectively manag e cross-contamination
n

More about you n

- Solid background in kitchen operations,



previous experience as a Cook is
n
- Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs
n
- Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
n
- Food Safety Certificate
n
- Currently undertaking Level 3 Cookery Certificate, preferred
n
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
n
