The role identifies, conveys and facilitates the IT support needs of the various client groups across Parliament, including the Members and their offices and promotes user-centric technology practices, increasing the value realised from ICT assets, investments and capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- The role also delivers training and outreach programs and provides business analysis and strategic insights into customer experience trends.
What you need
- In this role you will need to have a sound background in stakeholder engagement and customer relations management.
- You will need to have experience in digital service delivery in a complex and decentralised setting.
- A demonstrated technical knowledge across workplace technologies, digital platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365) and ITIL service delivery principles.
