Forget dark hallways and cramped rooms. Eden Academy is a "home away from home" flooded with natural light and filled with premium, industry-leading resources. Operating from 6.30am to 6.30pm, our centre features stunning open-plan rooms and lush natural play spaces that provide the perfect backdrop for up to 119 children to explore and grow.

In Your Role As a Educator

- You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
- Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
- Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
- Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families




- Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room

What You’ll Bring

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
- A warm, skilled presence and a genuine passion for early learning
- Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
