We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced and motivated professionals interested in joining a project located in the Cairns region on a 2 week on, 1 week off roster.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the following positions:

Workshop Administration

- Workshop scheduling and coordination
- Maintenance and service record management
- Purchase orders and invoicing support
- Inventory and parts tracking
- Workforce timesheet administration
- Compliance documentation and reporting

Contracts Administration

- Contract administration and documentation
- Processing variations, claims and progress payments
- Procurement and subcontractor support
- Contract compliance and records management
- Tracking key project deliverables and milestones
- Assisting project teams with contractual reporting requirements

About You

To be successful, you will possess:

- Previous experience in Project Administration, Workshop Administration or Contracts Administration roles




- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a cooperative team environment
- Experience within construction, mining, infrastructure, resources or heavy industry projects will be highly regarded

Location

Based near Cairns, Queensland, these roles may be offered on a local, FIFO or DIDO basis depending on project requirements and candidate suitability.
