Following continued global growth and investment across APAC, a leading global retail technology consultancy is seeking a Technical Lead – Oracle Retail RMS & Allocation to join its expanding technology team in Melbourne.

This is a senior, hands-on opportunity to own the technical architecture, solution design and governance of Oracle Retail solutions for a strategic international retail client.

The Prospect

Take ownership of the technical architecture and solution design across Oracle RMS and Allocation, while providing technical direction across the broader Oracle Retail v11 setting.

You’ll lead and mentor developers, drive performance and integration strategy, and act as the key technical escalation point across RMS, Allocation and integrated Oracle Retail modules.

Working closely with functional leads, project managers and Oracle Support, you’ll influence technical roadmap, releases and solution outcomes across a complex enterprise retail environment.

This is initially a four-month contract with strong potential for extension based on project requirements and performance.

What You Bring





- 9–12+ years’ technology experience with deep Oracle Retail expertise
- Strong architecture and solution design experience across RMS and Allocation
- Strong knowledge of the Oracle Retail v11 suite
- Deep PL/SQL, SQL and Unix scripting capability
- Batch scheduling experience with Autosys or Control-M
- Oracle Retail integration experience using RIB
- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams
- Performance tuning, technical escalation and release management experience
- Experience across Dev, Test, UAT and Production environments
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
