About the Employer: Not for Profit, this reputable national employer provides a range of accommodation services for Indigenous children and youth who must live away from home to access better services.

Objectively: - Managing and supervising the day to day
operations of our boarding accommodation to ensure appropriate pastoral care is provided to students. Essentially being a leader for our
residential youth workers including being a key contact for students, teachers, parents and stakeholders. You will have prior
management experience and be able to manage staff matters as well as difficult student situations and behaviours.

Essentially Offering:





- Ability to travel to remote communities
- Demonstrated experience within indigenous children, youth, and families in a education accommodation/boarding setting
- Current Driver's License
- To be sensitive of indigenous children and youth with complex behaviours
- The successful applicant will be required to submit a national police clearance
