Blu Oyster Co. is an established premium seafood and oyster bar with a General Liquor Licence, relocating to 472A Beach Road, Beaumaris. After six successful years in St Kilda, we are bringing our premium hospitality experience to Bayside with exceptional seafood, an extensive wine list,
classic cocktails, premium spirits and beers.

About You
* Current RSA.
* Qualified presentation and fluent English.
* Team player who is reliable, punctual and flexible.
* Physically capable of carrying trays and standing for long periods.
* Reliable transport to Beaumaris.
* Wear company uniform.
* Use the POS system efficiently and accurately.
* Deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
