Job Type: Full-time Location: Sydney Salary Offered: $96,000 plus superannuation

Position Description: Provides IT functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA and Kronos products. Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives.

Analyse & document current state processes, developing robust roadmaps for future enhancements Develops system configurations to satisfy clients’ needs and Design and develop, deployment and cutover plans and strategies for HR technology solutions. Build and maintain robust and trusted relationships across different stakeholder groups, working closely with them in understanding their needs and challenges and providing solutions to address them

Application of accredited Business Analysis methodologies to understand and frame business challenges,



gather/document requirements to design and deliver effective solutions Adheres to software implementation standards and best practices. Troubleshoots and resolves defects assigned.

Assists with preparation of training materials and teaches customers how to utilise the system. Accurately tracks and reports time and expenses and Participates in weekly meetings. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or 3-5 years of implementation experience. Certification in 2 or more SuccessFactors or S/4HANA modules. Employee Central and FI/CO preferred.

Certification in 2 or more UKG WFC modules. 5-10 years SuccessFactors & Kronos experience and 5-10 years HR business experience or familiarity with key Human Resource functions and concepts. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs):

Expert in various SuccessFactors, S/4HANA modules and SAP software. Expert in UKG Workforce Central system. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.

Considerable experience in design and implementation of HR technology solutions across payroll, workforce management, talent, or employee experience Analytical and solutions oriented; Ability to solve complex problems, provides detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations. Attention to detail.

Excellent written and oral communication; attentive and shares knowledge/ expertise. Self-management of multiple tasks and deliverables.
