About the role

Black Friday is coming and we’re building our 2026 crew!

This is our biggest and busiest time of the year, and we’re looking for motivated, reliable and hard-working people to jump in and join the Breeze Balm Warehouse Crew.

You’ll be right in the middle of the action, helping us pick, pack and dispatch a high volume of Breeze Balm orders to customers across Australia and beyond. It’s fast-paced, high-energy and definitely busy, but we like to have plenty of fun while we get it done!

These are casual positions running from October 2026 through to January 2027, with trial and training shifts commencing from October.

During our peak sale period, you'll need to be available for a minimum of 4 days per week across a Monday–Sunday rotating roster. Weekend shifts will be required, with applicable weekend rates.

Key responsibilities

You’ll be part of the team keeping orders moving and our warehouse running smoothly. Your day could include:

- Picking and packing a high volume of customer orders with speed, care and accuracy

- Checking orders and completing quality control before they head out the door

- Preparing orders for shipping and assisting with dispatch

- Replenishing stock and keeping your packing station organised and ready to go

- Helping with general warehouse organisation and stock movement

- Working together to hit daily dispatch targets

- Jumping in wherever needed during Black Friday, teamwork is everything!

About you

We’re not just looking for warehouse experience, attitude, reliability and work ethic matter to us.

You’ll be a great fit for our Black Friday Crew if you:

- Are available from October 2026 through to January 2027

- Can work a minimum of 4 days per week across Monday–Sunday during our peak periods





- Bring plenty of energy and a genuine can-do attitude

- Are reliable, punctual and ready to work when your shift starts

- Have excellent attention to detail, accuracy matters

- Communicate well and aren’t afraid to ask questions

- Enjoy working as part of a team but can also get things done independently

- Are organised and can manage your time in a fast-moving environment

- Can prioritise, problem-solve and stay focused when things get busy

- Are comfortable using computers and learning new warehouse systems

- Aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in!
