Clarendon Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Bridgeman Downs — One of South East Queensland's destination display showcasing Clarendon's top selling designs.

Bridgeman Downs is a high performing display centre ideally suited to a high-performing consultant looking to capitalise on strong enquiry levels, premium product demand, and long-term growth across area.

The role

- Represent Clarendon Homes at Bridgeman Downs display centre
- Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contract
- Work with both greenfield and knockdown rebuild customers
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experience
- Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment

About you





- Proven experience in residential new home sales
- Previous experience with knockdown rebuild sales will be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of the Brisbane market preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
- Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
- Professional approach with a customer-first mindset
- Able to thrive in a busy, high-performing display setting
