Forklift Drivers / Production Operators – Day & Afternoon Shift

Recruiting Partners Australia is currently seeking experienced Forklift Drivers / Production Operators for ongoing roles with a well-established manufacturing business.

If you hold a current forklift licence and have experience in warehousing, production, manufacturing or machine operation, we want to hear from you.

These are hands-on positions combining forklift operation, production, batching/mixing, picking and packing and general factory duties.

Previous batching or chemical manufacturing experience is advantageous, but not essential for the right candidate — training will be provided.

Shifts & Pay
Day Shift – $33.88 per hour + super
Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:30pm
Friday: 6:00am–12:30pm
Afternoon Shift – $38.96 per hour + super
Monday–Thursday: 2:30pm–11:00pm
Friday: 12:30pm–9:00pm

What you'll be doing

- Operating a forklift as part of daily production and warehouse activities
- Moving raw materials and finished products around the site
- Batching and mixing raw materials according to production formulas
- Operating and monitoring production and mixing equipment
- Picking and packing finished products
- Measuring and handling chemicals in accordance with site safety procedures
- Loading, unloading and general materials handling
- Completing basic quality checks and production documentation
- Maintaining clean and safe production areas
- Assisting across different areas of the factory when required




- Following WHS, environmental and site safety procedures

What we're looking for

- Current Forklift Licence – ESSENTIAL
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Experience within warehousing, manufacturing, production or a similar environment
- Machine operating, batching or mixing experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting where chemicals are handled
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Available to work either the day or afternoon shift on an ongoing basis
