About the Role

Based at our new Head Office in Sutherland, the System Administrator is responsible for the performance, governance and continuous improvement of Sylvanvale's business systems, with a particular focus on Salesforce platform, TechnologyOne and supporting applications.

Working closely with operational leaders, application owners and the Head of Technology, you will ensure systems are secure, reliable and fit for purpose while driving initiatives that improve efficiency, data quality and user experience across the organisation.

This is a hands-on role that combines system administration, reporting, governance, stakeholder engagement and business process improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring Sylvanvale's technology platforms support the delivery of high-quality services and informed decision-making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Administer, maintain and optimise Salesforce platform, TechnologyOne and other business-critical systems.
- Configure system enhancements, workflows, integrations and automation to improve business processes and user experience.
- Manage system security, user access, licensing, data integrity and governance activities.
- Develop reports, dashboards and insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Provide user support, training and technical expertise while coordinating system upgrades, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.

You combine strong technical capability with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and take pride in delivering systems that are reliable, secure and user-friendly.

You thrive in a rapid-paced environment, can balance multiple priorities and are passionate about continuous improvement, data integrity and delivering great outcomes for users.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience administering and supporting business-critical systems, such as Salesforce, TechnologyOne, ERP, CRM or workforce management platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Experience managing system security, user access, data integrity, enhancements and change initiatives.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards and insights that support operational decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement.

Desirable:

- Experience with one or more following applications: Salesforce, Lumary, TechnologyOne, Skedulo, Formstack, Riskman or similar enterprise applications.
- Relevant systems administration certifications
- Knowledge of the NDIS, disability, health, aged care or community services sector

Successful applicants will require a current Australian Drivers Licence and full Australian Work rights. An offer will be subject to a police clearance and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
