Join a team focused on building capability and helping people succeed. As a Learning & Development Consultant, you'll design and deliver learning for a dedicated technology client, supporting performance across a fast-paced contact centre setting.

Based at our Knox location, you'll work closely with leaders, subject matter experts and client stakeholders to deliver practical, engaging learning solutions that strengthen outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing;

- Deliver induction, compliance, systems and operational training
- Design practical learning for contact centre teams
- Create eLearning, guides, resources and job aids
- Simplify complex systems and processes into clear learning
- Partner with leaders, SMEs and client stakeholders
- Coach capability and continuously improve learning outcomes

What You'll Bring;

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Contact centre or BPO learning experience
- Strong facilitation and presentation capability
- Experience designing content and digital learning
- Experience delivering systems or technical training
- Strong stakeholder skills, independence and adaptability
