This represents a rare remote chance with a relaxed and friendly accounting firm based in SE QLD. This firm is led by two down to earth Partners who are incredibly proud of the firm they have built. The firm services a high quality SME and HNW client base.

The firm has embraced flexible working arrangements with most staff members working 100% remote.

POSITION

Due to incredible growth, the position of 100% remote clientmanager has been created.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Manage a high quality client portfolio providing compliance and advisory services
- Manage a talented offshore team and review their work (70%)
- Work on more complex tax compliance matters (30%)

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- CA/CPA Qualified
- 6+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Minimum of 2 years experience reviewing work completed by junior staff
- Experience working with an offshore team
- Exceptional longevity and employment history (non negotiable)
- Experience with XPM and Xero
- Previous experience working remotely from home
- Strong technical tax knowledge
- Excellent home internet




- Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
- Full working rights in Australia - overseas based candidates will NOT be considered
