About the role

You'll work across a variety of marine mechanical work, including outboard servicing, diagnostics and repairs, repowers and new engine installations, new boat rigging and pre-delivery, electrical and mechanical fault finding, and installation of marine accessories and equipment.

Key responsibilities

- Outboard servicing, diagnostics and repairs

- Repowers and current engine installations

- New boat rigging and pre-delivery

- Electrical and mechanical fault finding

- Installation of marine accessories and equipment

About you

- Qualified Marine Technician or relevant mechanical qualification

- Proven marine industry experience

- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability

- Mercury/MerCruiser experience highly regarded

- Current driver's licence

- Boat licence

- Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
