About the Role

As Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily workshop operations, ensuring productive workflow management, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional repair outcomes. You will play a key leadership role in maximizing productivity while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the daily production schedule to optimise workflow and resources.

- Ensure high-quality repair standards are consistently achieved.

- Allocate workloads and monitor repair timeframes to meet customer expectations.

- Identify, communicate, and resolve production delays efficiently.

- Supervise, mentor, and support production staff and apprentices.

- Maintain workshop equipment, tools, and facilities to a professional standard.





- Promote and uphold workplace health and safety procedures.

- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

- Support the overall smooth operation of the workshop.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.

- Experience working within a fast-turnaround repair environment.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- A positive, proactive approach and commitment to achieving results.

- A passion for the automotive repair industry.
