About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, passionate Compliance Technician who is hands on to assist with compliance servicing of environmental spill equipment and emergency showers. Each person matters and our team culture is important. We provide full on-site training.
Key responsibilities
- To be part of a small, easy going, hard-working service team - team compatibility is our highest priority
- Attend customer sites and conduct compliance checks and replenishing of environmental spill equipment and servicing of emergency showers and eye wash.
- Required to work closely with our scheduler, to maintain a fast paced service schedule and provide excellent service to our customers
- Use of Field Service app to enter orders and POD details
- Work closely with our Sales Team to provide exceptional customer service
About you
- A willingness to learn and grow into the role; similar or transferable experience would be highly regarded but not essential. Training is ongoing on for our staff, we are all learning something current every day!
- A technical or mechanical mind and willingness to problem solve
- Be work proud, know what it takes to keep customers happy
- Good Level of physical fitness including repeated bending
- An ability to work autonomously and to be flexible
- Be able and willing to do over night travel
- Basic DIY level experience with tools preferred
- A valid Australian driving licence
- Know your way around IT - not an expert but not scared of it either
This position does require regular overnight travel 1-4 days, within a rotating schedule to Toowoomba, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
Initial and ongoing training is provided at our Headoffice in Brendale.
