The Business:

John L Pierce (JLP) Transport is a family-owned and operated business, incorporated in 1949. Some of our customers include businesses such as 7-Eleven, Ampol, EG Group, and Viva Energy (Shell). The Role:

Fuel Tanker Driver. Based in Maryland NSW the position will complete deliveries to metro and regional destinations such as service stations, mine sites, and commercial sites.

No previous fuel experience is necessary as extensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Various roster options:

- Thirty-five base hour week (11 shifts a fortnight) rotating roster or permanent shifts available.

- You will work Monday to Friday and one shift every second weekend.

- An average weekly gross payment of $3400 plus can be expected for a B Double driver working 11 hr shifts with four weeks annual leave per year.

On all rosters, opportunities do arise for working extra shifts.

What You Will Need:





- Recent experience driving HC & MC with a protected driving record

- A stable work history

- A good knowledge of New South Wales metro and regional road networks

- Hold or be willing to obtain a Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence, SLP, and BFM accreditations.

- A willingness and ability to work in an environment where compliance with legislation, policy, and procedures is the highest priority
