That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing Digital team and work closely with our Head of Digital to help build, optimise and scale Fido’s paid acquisition engine. This isn't a role where you'll sit on the sidelines reading reports. You'll be in the platforms, in the data and close to the commercial outcome.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You'll take hands-on ownership of performance across our paid acquisition channels, with a strong focus on generating high-quality finance leads that convert into funded loans.

You’ll be required to:

- Build, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant acquisition channels.

- Manage budgets, bidding, pacing and campaign performance.

- Use CRM and offline conversion signals to help optimise campaigns toward lead quality and funded outcomes, not just lead volume.

- Work across Fido's marketing and data ecosystem, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, HubSpot, Ambition CRM, Looker Studio, Windsor.ai and AdFixus.

- Develop structured creative, copy, audience and landing-page testing programs.

- Identify and test current acquisition channels.

- Work closely with Sales, Operations and Digital to understand what happens after the lead arrives.

- Turn campaign and customer data into clear actions that improve conversion and marketing ROI.

WHO YOU ARE





You're a hands-on performance marketer who enjoys getting into the detail. You understand that a campaign isn't successful simply because it generated a lot of leads. You want to know:

Were they good leads? Did they convert? Did they fund? Was the acquisition profitable?

Ideally, you'll bring:

- 3–5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

- Strong Google Ads capability.

- Experience in direct-response, lead-generation or high-value customer acquisition environments.

- Strong understanding of GA4, tracking, attribution and conversion measurement.

- Experience using CRM/offline conversion data to improve paid media performance.

- Confidence managing meaningful advertising budgets.

- A testing mindset and strong commercial curiosity.

- The ability to work independently without needing layers of management.

- Experience with financial services, automotive, insurance or other high-intent lead-generation environments would be useful — but isn't essential.
