Your new role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join a high-performing team delivering a major health project in Sydney. The organisation is involved in a varied pipeline of work spanning health, industrial, data centres, education and aged care.

What you'll need to succeed

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the project, taking ownership of multiple work packages from inception through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery aligned with programme and quality expectations
- Developing and maintaining construction programmes and schedules to drive timely project outcomes
- Supporting procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and high-quality material sourcing
- Identifying and implementing value engineering opportunities to optimise project delivery
- Monitoring project performance across time, cost,



quality and HSE metrics
- Ensuring adherence to safety standards and contributing to a strong site safety culture
- A relevant tertiary qualification in construction, engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 8+ years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Proven experience delivering large-scale building projects
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
