Allan King & Sons Construction is a local, family-owned civil construction company specialising in bulk and detailed earthworks, road construction, stormwater drainage and stabilisation, with projects throughout the Northern Territory.

Following the award of additional major civil infrastructure works, we are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator with Topcon GPS experience to join our team on local Darwin projects.

This is an opportunity to join an established NT civil contractor with a strong pipeline of ongoing work, while remaining Darwin-based and home each night.

About the Role

You will be operating excavators across civil construction works including bulk and detailed earthworks, drainage, trenching, excavation and general civil works.

The role requires an experienced operator who is confident using Topcon GPS/machine control and can work accurately and efficiently to project plans, levels and specifications.

About You To be considered, you will ideally have:

- Proven experience operating excavators on civil construction projects

- Experience using Topcon GPS/machine control

- Experience across bulk and detailed earthworks





- Drainage and trenching experience

- Ability to work accurately to levels, plans and specifications

- Good understanding of civil construction practices

- Construction White Card

- Current Australian driver's licence

- Strong commitment to safety

- Ability to work effectively as part of a civil construction crew

Experience on road, infrastructure and larger civil projects will be highly regarded.
