Maintenance Program Delivery are seeking a dedicated, agile and enthusiastic person who can provide leadership and oversight of the Maintenance Program Delivery team who manages the planning and delivery of maintenance and related programs for schools, early childhood education and care centres and staff housing.

About The Role

As the Manager, you will have responsibility for the following:

- Oversee the strategic planning and delivery of maintenance programs that enhance, modernise, and optimise educational infrastructure to support learning communities.
- Manage multiple project teams in all aspects of program delivery including the financial and human resources, initial planning, construction and commissioning of multiple complex projects within a legislative and contractual framework.
- Drive the successful achievement of program outcomes by monitoring performance, managing risks, and ensuring accountability for key initiatives within the Department's investment portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and delivering high levels of client satisfaction across diverse service networks.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by developing and implementing business strategies, systems, and processes that promote innovation, efficiency, and best-practice service delivery.
- Provide strategic leadership in the effective management of human, financial, and physical resources,



ensuring responsible stewardship and optimal use of departmental assets.
- Deliver high-quality advice, reporting, and insights to senior executives to support informed decision-making and the successful delivery of maintenance and infrastructure programs.
- Champion a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, and excellence, ensuring all program activities align with departmental priorities and statutory obligations.

About You To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

- Proven leadership experience managing complex infrastructure, maintenance, or asset management programs.
- Robust project and program management capability, including budget oversight and resource management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- A demonstrated ability to lead teams through change, drive continuous improvement, and deliver strategic outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience providing advice to senior leadership.
- It is a requirement of this role to possess a current Working with Children Check (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
