This is an opportunity to take ownership of a technology early careers recruitment portfolio within a global, technology-led organisation known for its high bar for talent.

This isn’t a traditional campus recruitment role centred around events and volume delivery. You’ll partner closely with senior technology stakeholders to shape graduate and intern hiring across Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on areas including Software Engineering, Machine Learning and AI.

With dedicated events and marketing support, you’ll have the space to take on a broader, more strategic remit — combining end-to-end recruitment with projects that will shape how the organisation attracts and hires technology talent.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across technology graduate and internship hiring
- Partner with technology leaders on hiring needs and future talent requirements
- Shape and continuously improve attraction, assessment and selection strategies
- Build meaningful relationships with engineering and computer science faculties and student communities
- Use recruitment data to improve targeting,



conversion and candidate experience
- Work closely with recruitment colleagues locally and globally on broader projects and initiatives

What we’re looking for

You don’t necessarily need to come from a traditional campus recruitment background. We’re equally interested in experienced technology recruiters who want to move into a more strategic early careers remit.

You’ll ideally bring 5+ years’ recruitment experience within a fast-paced environment, exposure to technology recruitment, and evidence that you’ve built or improved something rather than simply inherited an established process. That could include developing a new sourcing strategy, redesigning an interview process, entering a recent talent market or implementing a new recruitment initiative.

Most importantly, you’ll be comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, genuinely interested in the technology talent market, and able to operate in an environment with a very high bar for talent.
