We are looking for experienced Sous Chefs and Chefs de Partie, particularly those available during our busy period 2-10 January 2027.

The Role

We are seeking chefs who are:

- Experienced in high-volume catering, events or large venues

- Confident working in a fast-paced kitchen workplace

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, well presented and committed to high standards of hygiene and food safety

- Available for casual shifts, including weekends

- Current Food Safety / Food Handling certification

- Eligible to work in Australia

A current National Police Check and/or WWCC will be highly regarded,



as these are required for some of our client venues.
