The Protected Step is recruiting an experienced Injury Management Advisor to lead injury management and return-to-work programs at a major Newcastle site. You will collaborate with leaders, injured workers, insurers and medical providers to ensure compliant, effective recovery outcomes.
Applicants should hold NSW Return to Work Coordinator certification, with experience in managing physical and psychosocial injuries and a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and coaching across operational teams.
