Administration Manager

Fremantle | Full-Time | $100,000 - $120,000 (Negotiable)

An established project-based business operating throughout regional Western Australia is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join its growing team.

This is a pivotal position that will support senior leadership across administration, HR, finance and business operations. Offering a broad and varied scope, this role is suited to someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, improving processes and being a key contributor within a close-knit team.

The Opportunity

Reporting to senior management, you will oversee day-to-day administrative operations while providing support across a range of business functions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing HR administration, recruitment and onboarding processes
- Providing general office and business administration support
- Coordinating tenders and supporting documentation
- Managing purchase orders, procurement records and order tracking
- Supporting bookkeeping and finance processes, including Xero
- Assisting with financial reporting and business reporting requirements
- Maintaining compliance documentation, systems and procedures
- Supporting quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinating project, personnel and asset schedules
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure documentation and processes are maintained
- Leading and supporting administration staff
- Assisting with business improvement projects and operational change initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Previous experience in an Administration Manager or senior administration role
- Experience within construction, mining, engineering, infrastructure or a similar industry
- Robust HR and people management capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven organisational skills with a high attention to detail
- Experience supporting finance, reporting and business operations
- A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach
- Strong computer and systems skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to compliance, quality and safety standards

Desirable

- Experience working within an ISO-certified environment
- Xero and/or MYOB experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Experience supporting operational or project-based businesses
