About the Role We are seeking motivated Casual Team Leaders for our Aspley restaurant. You will lead the team to meet store operating standards and ensure a high standard of service. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term career growth within a global brand.

Responsibilities

- Lead the team during shifts to ensure high standards of customer service and operations.
- Supervise and train team members on food preparation and operating procedures.
- Ensure food is prepared efficiently and the restaurant remains well-organised.
- Support management in maintaining a positive, engaging,



and professional work culture.
- Problem-solve operational challenges autonomously to ensure smooth service delivery.
